Mateo Seré

Welcome! I am an economist currently working as a postdoctoral researcher at University College London (UCL). I am also affiliated with the International Inequalities Institute at the London School of Economics (LSE).

I hold a Ph.D. in Economics and Social Sciences from the University of Antwerp in Belgium, where I also earned my Master's Degree in Applied Economics. Additionally, I hold a Master's in Research in Economics from Université Libre de Bruxelles.

Research Interests

My interests lie in the fields of applied microeconomics with a focus on artificial intelligence, economic policy and measurement of well-being. My most recent research uses machine learning to understand complex problems in human behavior and social policy.
