Welcome! I am an economist and Postdoctoral Researcher at University College London (UCL), on the 2025/26 economics job market.
My research lies at the intersection of labor, gender, and measurement, using machine learning, text analysis, and causal inference to study barriers facing underrepresented groups and to improve how we measure subjective outcomes across contexts.
My most recent research, forthcoming at the American Economic Review, analyzes gender dynamics in academic seminars.
My Job Market Paper studies how cultural differences shape the way people translate subjective evaluations into numerical ratings.
I am also affiliated with the International Inequalities Institute at the London School of Economics.
