Mateo Seré

I am research affiliate at University College London and an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Montevideo. I am also affiliated with the Centre for Social Policy at the University of Antwerp.

My work sits at the intersection of economics, data science, and public policy. I use causal inference, machine learning, and text analysis to study policy-relevant questions related to labour markets, technological change, innovation, and the design and evaluation of public policy.
